Tonfa Training – Get ready to train with the Tonfas like no other way before. Begin with basic spins, flips, strikes and combinations to teach anyone how to properly use the Tonfas from beginner level to advanced levels.

The second section is a complete Tonfa open form that can be used for demonstrations, competitions, and class curriculum. Also included are extra techniques and combinations to make the form longer and more advanced.
