The Kama Training DVD begins with 5 basic combinations and 5 advanced combinations to teach anyone how to properly use the Kamas from beginner level to advanced levels.
The second section is a complete Kama open form that can be used for demonstrations, competitions, and class curriculum. Also included are extra techniques and combinations to make the form longer and more advanced.
